Well, I survived my first Bridal Show. On Monday, I get an email from Vera asking me if I want to do some example cookies and stand in the booth for the Aiken Bridal Show. Um...let me think...YES!!! Vera set up a beautiful buffet table scape in her booth and let Sweet B's have an entire 5 foot round table to herself! I was so nervous setting up (I've never done anything like this) and speaking to people, at first. But once I started seeing how receptive people were to me, I gained some confidence and ended up having a fabulous time. I met some great ladies and gave out A LOT of business cards. Thanks so much to
VeryVera for letting me have one of their tables!!!
My Setup
(I'll post better pictures of these later, so you can see the details.)

This is my "What have I gotten myself into?!" smile. By the end of the day, I had a "This was so worth my time and effort" smile on. I can't wait to see what kind of response I get! I'll let you know!
I'm so proud of you!!!!
ReplyDeleteBETHANY! I wanted to comment on each blogpost. You're talent has gone out the roof. Before, it was just my-sister-makes-these-cookies-and-they're-really-pretty. But now they just look straight up professional. Those Christmas trees and snowflakes are incredible, the Thanksgiving circles are incredible, the bridal ones are incredible, the JL, the ghost, the baby tiles, and those Auburn ones blew me away. Seriously, that tiger face is SO professional looking. I am so impressed. No wonder Vera is giving you so many opportunities. I'm SO proud of you. Love you. -Betsy
